All else fails you can find a Ruby Tuesday in Cary.
They actually do a pretty good job with baby back ribs. Meat falling off the bone, and a good flavor to the sauce.
I prefer to make my own, but that's a completely different animal... :-)

I ended up trying Danny's ribs. I was really craving ribs so I don't know how objective I can be in the evaluation. They had a good smokey flavor, average amount of meat. They were not drenched in sauce, which is what I prefer.
Next time I get a craving I will try Sparks. Also heard about a BBQ joint heading about an hour out on 64 that does ribs on the weekends.
