Just about possible if you just want to keep driving every day (though I don't think even then you would make it to Serengeti). The problem is that you need to spend at least 24 hours in any park area to enjoy it properly, and preferably 2 or 3 nights. Arriving at the end of the day and leaving again the next morning means you may miss the late afternoon/early evening game drive and the morning game drive - which are the best times to see the wildlife.

Hello ,Leroy here its very much possible but very much tiresome, also you might not have the thrill since you wount see more in that short span , most of your time would be spent on the road # sounds more of a road trip to me.
