Cape May on a possibly rainy Nov Sun-Mon

Going to Cape May on Nov 12-13 to celebrate my 10 yr old daughter’s birthday. Weather calls for 50% rain. Was planning zoo, bike ride to lighthouse, Beach Plum Farm and Red Store but afraid we cld be rained out. Any suggestions of child-attractive rainy day activities? Trails around lighthouse sound doable in light rain too...

There are various "themed" and tour trolley rides, There are two playhouses that sometimes have children content. Movie theater in Rio Grand. Would also check to see what might be going on in Congress Hall.

That Sunday is the last day of the Exit Zero Jazz Festival www.exit0jazzfest.com

Don't know if your 10 year old would tolerate Jazz but at least the venues are indoors

Grab some disposable rain ponchos https:/…imgp1627.jpg at a Dollar Tree and take a r/t pedestrian ride on the Cape May Ferry https://www.cmlf.com There is indoors areas onboard the ferry, the ponchos are for going to the bow of the boat and searching for dolphins frolicking where the ferry is breaking the waves. The schedule has more sailings on Sundays and it's off~season so be sure to inquire about possible cancellations. There is a dock side restaurant on either dock
