Best pools and do you have to pay?

I will be staying off the strip a short ways at our timeshare. They have a nice pool but would rather be where there is more action!! Can one go to the pools at the resorts on the strip if you are not staying at that hotel or do they charge? What are the best pools to go to?

As a general rule, NO not the regular poos at hotels. They are for hotel guests. But there are some adult pools which charge admission and are open to the public. Check out Wet Republic at MGM and Bare at Mirage.

Last I heard Caesars pool is free to outside guests. I say "last I heard" because things change quickly. Wynn and Encore didn't have a resort fee, but they do now.
