Center Cut at the Flamingo

Anyone here have a recent visit? We want to try a couple new places this trip, and they have a Summer special that looks interesting to me.

If you have not seen them, there are quite a few recent reviews: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Revie…

I have not dine there, so cannot comment on it.

Best of luck,

Hunt

I think we're going to try it, because we haven't been there before and think that Summer Special on their menu is worth a try. Thanks!

The reviews are decent and the summer special looks promising as well. $60 for 2 and a $24 bottle of wine? Obviously it's not going to be the same quality of Stripsteak or SW but for the price that sounds pretty good.

Ducky,

You are most welcome.

I see it mentioned on this board, but have never dined there.

Please let everyone know about your meal, and also do a review.

Enjoy!

We have Louis Martini here at one of the restaurants we visit and like it and we know the meal won't be the same league as others we've visited, but we also may be surprised :)

I sure will post after our trip, Hunt!

I have not been there recently but my wife and I have been there twice in recent years and enjoyed it. The steaks and sides were very good and the service was as well. I would call it a more casual high end steak house. There are some more private booths on the side but the restaurant opens up to the main walkway going towards the Linq, so it does feel a little open.

Thanks, Jchav....so Mr. Ducky can wear shorts I presume? Another reason I was thinking we'd try it since it appeared it was a more casual atmosphere.

DH and I have eaten there at least once a year - yes you can wear shorts. Also, the meals have always been great. DH loves the lamb chops. And their baked potatoes are so big you should share them. Desserts are pretty good too.
