You will be more apt to find a happy hour than an early bird dinner. Some places do offer senior menus or smaller plate choices.

Thanks. Any idea who might offer small plates or senior meals?

Going the oppo direction on Rt.1, The Taste of Maine used to have 5:00 PM early bird dinners that the seniors loved. It's about 15 miles west in Woolwich. You might give them a call.

McSeagull's offers smaller portions on some of their seafood baskets and some other entrees:

You can put together a smaller meal at the Lobster Dock by ordering ala carte.
