Tolls to St. Pete and Tampa

Hello. I am currently on Sanibel and will be driving a rental car to st. Pete beach and then dropping it near the Tampa airport. I declined the Sunpass from the rental agency. It was $10 per day. Is there any toll that I will have to pass through where I cannot pay cash? Thanks for helping me figure this out.

The bridge from Sanibel is free getting off the island. No tolls on I-75 going north. The Skyway takes cash. No tolls on I-275 through Tampa or on SR 60. Stay off the Selmon and the Veterans in Tampa (you should have no reason to use those roads).

There is a toll on the Pinellas Bayway in each direction from I-275 after the bridge to St. Pete Beach. They have manned cash lanes.
