Can anyone help me here? I've submitted numerous reviews since joining in 2013 from multiple states and countries. Yet my record only shows 3, my "rank" has been reduced. I also used to be notified when reviews were posted, not anymore.

How does one correct this? Is there any direct contact with Tripadvisor available?
