What to do in SLO for 2 1/2 hours???

I will be stopping off in SLO by train for 2 1/2 hours with my wife and I would love to visit a winery. IS that possible w/o a car and such a short time there? If not, any recommendations?

It's do-able if you don't mind hiring a cab (or limo) to get you to a winery and back to the train station.

Edna Valley is fairly close to the train station in SLO and there are several wineries to choose from:

Tolosa, Edna Valley, Baileyana are just a few. I especially like the view from the tasting room at Edna Valley Winery.
