Anyone know of restaurants open on thanksgiving and if the Hyatt does anything special on this holiday?

A little late to be asking now.

I'd see if Duke's still has openings.

I would call the hotel directly and ask. Other than that, Thanksgiving is not so much a big deal around here. Most restaurants are open as well as shopping and entertainment. Being that black friday now starts on Thursday, a lot of places stay open. Its going to be a hot one this week so your in luck at the beach! Take a stroll up and down PCH and Main St, there's gotta be something open. Maybe even at Pacific City, they'll be some eateries open.

The Watertable Restaurant at the Hyatt serves a spectacular Thanksgiving Buffet every year. You can probably still get last minute reservations if you aren't too picky about the time. Call now. The buffet gets rave reviews. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-…

The Watertable Restaurant at the Hyatt is a great choice.

Do call for Hours on Dukes buffet.

P.S. If you are STAYING at the Hyatt and don't want to bother with the buffet, you can always order your Thanksgiving dinner from room service and enjoy it with your family on your balcony. It will be about 85 degrees so outdoor dining will be very comfortable.

I think that would be my pick trikkdaddy. The room service kitchen will be happy to bring you anything you wish, including wine, and the experience will be a lot less hectic than the banquet room buffet. It will probably be less expensive too.
