venezuela ...just the ladies

how's it goin people

my friend and i (at this point its very possible ill be going alone) are headed to caracas december 27th. we plan to stay in caracas for 2-3 days then traveling to a couple of beaches along the northern shore. both of use are 20 and he is hispanic and speaks fluent spanish ...me on the other hand sound like an idiot in spanish -but the ladies think its cute :-> (i think)

so whats important to us:

1. venezuelan ladies (not prostitutes ..in costa rica they assumed we wanted to talk to them …go figure)

2. as few non-venezuelan ladies (aka tourist like myself) as possible

3. venezuelan ladies

4. nightlife (clubs/bars where venezuelan ladies go)

5. if it in NO way interferes with 1-4 some nice stuff to look at during the day ...day being the time between 1500 and the night

we wanna stay fairly close to the hot spots (as far as i know Las Mercedes or (the best right?). we dont wanna stay

in the barrio but we arent paranoid about where we stay (as far as safety) -cause hes a latino and im a large moreno …and niether of us were jewelery or gucci :->

we dont wanna spend much cash on hotels as i must support my alcoholism and this dude eats 5 times a day (im not lying) so if its just me id like to spend $20-40 and if both of us $40-60 -i know these are reasonable prices!!

after leavin the city we wanna goto beaches ...filled with venezuelan ladies!! (i dun need a damn tan!). we're not even considering margarita or los roques cause we know they're filled with tourists. what are some good beaches that meet our needs?! how should we go to them ...im assuming there are cheap buses -how much would a cab to a beach be (my friend is paranoid about buses)? are there hotels (same prices) at this beach? also we wanna go somewhere where there is a nightlife (as in everything isn’t closed at 2200). My basic idea is a place where venezuelan ladies go to vacation –again not the spots where the rest of the tourist will be

any general suggestions are welcome but remember ...my primary reason for going to latin america are the ladies! while enjoying the ladies i usually eat some local food and am drunk pretty much during all waking hours (because after a few days of extensive drinking your stomach begins to hurt when you wake-up and a shot or two makes everything feel all better!)

thanks for you help guys

and as always -hot venezuelan ladies are welcome to show us around!

Jerome ... hope all's well with you. Sounds like you have a plan ... goinng to see the laides! Well, I'm not the expert on that (as I'm into guuys); however, I have been to Caracas 7 times in the last two years. What i CAN tell you is:

1. Las Merceds is the place to be if you want to be by bars. There are LOTS of little bars and restaurants there. And because the weather is pretty nice in CCS (a little cool sometimes a shower), there are lots of patio bars. You can walk down the streets and hadr rock, disco, karaoke coming from the establishments.

2. You don't really want to stay on Sabana Grande as it is a little sketchy for walking around late. If you do stay there, stay closer to the Chacao or Chacaito end (east).

3. Even by cab, most places are only a few bucks away ... not expensive at all. Thee's all types of restaurants from American fast food to traditional Venezuela meals from a few bucks to a little more.

4. Most of my friends in CCS do not like going to the beaches on the coast from Caracas. They like the nicer ones to the West (Cata or Morrocoy) or the East (as well as Margarita). The cab ride from to the beach from CCS is anywhere from $25 to 50 (depends on who's driving the cab). There are the little local buses, but you already said your friend has an aversion to them. I went to Margarita in April and there wire lots of people there, but they were mostly Venezuelans. Had a good time on the beach and at the casinos.

If you want me to give any more info I might know give me a shout.
