Angel Falls not accessible anymore?!

Just came across this shocking news of Chinese intervention on Isla de Raton (the viewpoint of Angel Falls) and numerous illegal deforestation activities going on in Canaima National Park. An instagram user posted this sign board marking the land as "Private Property": https://www.instagram.com/p/BXzMp-bF_fk/

It is a National Park. there cannot be (legal) exploitation of resources.

A curious fact , the water on Rio Carrao (the river the flows from Canaima to Angel Falls) contains a high concentration of iron minerals. the river has has a reddish color and it does not let trees to grow fruits:

Roots (yucca, yam, etc) , Fruits, and all other starches have to be flown in from other parts from Venezuela.

Since there are no fruits, there are just a few insects and virtually no birds. The 4 hour boat ride is a quiet one (no parrots, monkeys, etc) there are no fish in the river either. In Canaima you will be so isolated that there are no AM or FM radio signals.
