I love Arenal Nayara...one of the best around...serious proffesional owners they know how to run a hotel...good food...and most important you do not feel like at some hotels around there ...that they are overcharging for everything...and also they are not pushing you all day long trying to sell you a tour!

My vote goes for ARENAL NAYARA in your case!

In my mind, nothing compares to Nayara. It's true you don't get the hot springs, but you get so much more and you can take a tour to one of the hot springs!

Thanks for the replies. I can't wait to book our trip and I appreciate all of the help and the quick responses.

An army of one here but I prefer www.tabacon.,com for the hot springs and

lava view and spa although the rooms are not quite as nice as Nayara

usually pick up deals on www.tabacon.com from $149/nt

Hot springs are FREE if you stay there very costly to come in from Nayara

www.lostiguanresort.com might also be a better choice for Lava view

if no Tabacon... Congrats,have fun,

For me the main problem with www.arenalnayara.com is no lava view

not hot springs the main attraction of going...but if that does not bother

you go for it...
