Can I stay overnight at NAIA for a 5:30 am flight?

I will arrive NAIA Terminal 3 from a domestic flight at 3:00 p.m. My international flight is at 5:30 a.m. the next day.

Can I stay at the airport from 3:00 p.m. onward to wait for the flight? I know it's a long wait but I'd like to save money. If it's not possible, any cheap hotels nearby?

Thanks in advance.

Yes you can stay at Terminal 3 for your 14 hours layover. There are areas there which are open to the public so you can roam around. Resorts World Manila mall and casino complex is just a short walk away via an airconditioned overpass and there are several hotels there. GoHotel Domestic Road and DG Budget Hotel are cheaper hotels which are a few kilometers from Terminal 3 so you need to take a taxi.

areas such as ermita malate and makati are all within half an hour away and about 250 pesos in a taxi so I would search the booking sites using the map view - T3 is marked on google maps to give you some idea of where is near.

I have just done a quite search of agoda.com and they have promo rates for november at oasis paco park eurotel pedro gill also mabini mansion all for around 1000 pesos the last two will have more passing taxis at 4 am and are close to robinsons mall. A grab app for taxis is useful.

There is wings lounge in T3 but for your stay I would find a cheap hotel.

That's a long time to wait in a not so particularly comfortable airport terminal. I would recommend heeding the advice in the posts above

I would look at staying at a nice hotel nearby like Belmont Hotel.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I appreciate it. It is indeed a long wait. I may just check out Terminal 3 hotels/lounges as I don't want to take a taxi with my luggage and leave and then come back again to the airport.

It's your choice, but I would shudder at the thought of spending 13 & half hours in T3. I would much rather head to Ermita/Malate and go to the Hobbit House or the Cowboy Grill for a few hours of entertainment, or any of a number of other places

The answer to your question is YES

Arrivals is on the ground floor but you don't need to wait there as floor 4 has a number of shops, cafes and two pay lounges which are time restricted. The is also a 7eleven. There is a left luggage office on the same side as Burger King either on the ground or second floors. Remember to take all the usual precautions to look after your belongings.

There are also seating areas and open spaces to lie down but they are not very comfortable.

Take

At T3 there are many restaurants on fourth floor and a lounge where you can rent a reclining chair for several hours for a fixed fee, with snacks and drinks provided. Unfortunately it is on a first come first serve basis. We will actually be hoping to spend a few hours there on Thursday night as we have a 7 am flight the next morning, and arrive there about 8 pm.

In the early hours you can take the free shuttle bus to the other terminal .

There is a lounge at terminal 3,Wings, I have checked out the lounge area which was ok but has no access to a shower, it was 700 pesos for 7hrs. You can get a sleeping capsule with shower access for 1000pesos for 7hrs. It's worth checking out but you can probably find a hotel room close by for not much more
