Does anyone know if there is a sleeper train from Paris to St Petersburg and whether it is first class or not?

Getting here by train means a few changes but those are easy to do. For exmaple there are direct routes 3 times a week from Berlin and Warsaw, both easy to get train tickets for in Paris.

From Paris: City Night Line sleeper train 'Perseus', leaving Paris Gare de l'Est at 20:20 which arrives in Berlin (Hauptbahnhof) at 09:02 next morning.

Sight see in Berlin until afternoon and then take the Berlin Hauptbahnhof to St Petersburg leaving at 15:15 and arrive in St Petersburg (Vitebski station) at 06:23 two nights later. The Berlin to St Petersburg train leaves Berlin on Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays until 31 May 2009.

The train's days of departure after 31 May has yet to be confirmed but will probably be daily. There are 1st class cabins available.
