Tiget Temple to Hua Hin

Will be travelling from Bangkok to Hua Hin next Feb and was thinking of stopping on the way to the Tiger Temple. How far from Bangkok and then how far on to Hua Hin.

I dont want to do an organised trip as we wont be going back to Bangkok. If it was on the way, we might be able to get a limo to take us the whole way.

Thanks

It's in a different direction in Kanchanaburi province, about 2 1/2 hours from Bangkok. Then you need a transfer to Hua Hin (Prachuabkirikhan province) which would be about the same time, or possibly a little more.

Thanks,

so would it be possible do you think to get a limo to do the round trip from BKK to Tiger Temple to Hua Hin? I dont want to muck around too much with public transprt as we dont have much time.

Cheers

Yes it would be possible, you would have to agree a fare, and it would be a long day.

Yes it's a long day if that's what you are planning. We stayed in Bangkok, did the Tiger Temple and the floating market which took all day and then came back to our hotel in Bangkok. Following day we moved down to Hua Hin. Have to agree with dragonc on the timing.
