Thrusday 20: Drive to Split. Stop at Krka Park (is it a good season to visit it?). Night in Split

Wednesday 21: Walk around Split. Drive to Orebric. How is the pass through Bosnia?. Night in Orebric.

Thrursday 22: cross to Korcula by ferry. Back to Orebric, drive to Dubrovnik. Night in Dubrovnik

I think one night at Plitvice is enough!

Orebic will be dead. Get the car ferry from Split to Vela Luka and spend the day/night in Korcula instead. From Korcula Town, get the car ferry over to Orebic and drive to Dubrovnik.

IMO this is a typical 'tick as many boxes as you can' trip.

I would drop Pula for a start. IMO there is no point driving all the way to Pula for just one night. Istria is stunning and needs more than that.

Split needs more than 1 night to give you time to visit Trogir as well.

I would not do a day trip to Korcula.

Agree with the fact that all the way to

Pula for one night is not worth it.

As it seems you don't mind moving every day, I would suggest something along these lines.....

17th in the afternoon drive to Plitvice and spend the night

18th get an early start, allow about 4-5 hours at Plitvice. Drive to Zadar spend the night.

19th drive to Skradin (allow about 4 hours at Krka) drive to Split (stop for a couple hours in Sibenik and about an hour in Primosten) then on to Split. Spend 2 nights (visit Trogir from here)

21st drive to Mostar. Spend the night (if you didnt want to include Mostar you could add another night to Zadar or Split or even add a night in between in Sibenik)

22nd drive to Mali Ston, Peljesac then on to Dubrovnik 3 nights

22-25th Dubrovnik

Not everything is open in the National Park Krka in March:

You have to check with your car rental company about crossing to Bosnia - some allow it, some not, but in any case you will have to pay additional insurance fee if they DO allow

I would agree no need to go to Pula and also regarding one night in Plitvice. It is for sure needed more time to see Trogir or even nearby Klis fortress while you are there.

Trogir requires half a day, Klis fortress 2-3 hours - when you have your own car. If depending on a public transport, much longer

Hi!

Thank all for your thoughts and advises.

I m reading all here and in the web to rebuilt my Itinerary.

Somebody konws which car rental allows to cross the border or which not. Because if can t get that info I will have to go by ferry to Vela Luka and then take the other to Orebic (is this for carsalso?). Those are the only ones working in march.

As soon as I can I will present my new Itinerary.

If you have more info it will be wellcome!

Thank again.
