Bula TrevorJ - welcome to the Fiji Forum- specifically where would you want to be dropped off? The Pacific Express bus generally stops (from Nadi) - Nadi Airport, Sigatoka town, Pacific Harbour (for around 20 minutes); Navua, Then arrives Suva. Same on the way back. They would not stop at any random place for passengers. Pacfic Buses - Nadi Airport, Nadi town, Sigatoka town; The Beachhouse, Pacific Harbour then Suva. Sunbeam Buses - Nadi Airport, Nadi, Sigatoka, etc. the same route. If you are looking for the cheapest and longest bus ride, choose a local bus - they will stop virtually anywhere for passengers. You would have to contact the specific bus companies,(or look up their websites) 'cause some stop at the Nadi Market, some at the main Nadi Bus depot, some outside Prouds Duty Free (in the main street, just over the Nadi Bridge)

Thanks for quick reply. Timetable for bus lines only shows 'Nadi' and I assume there is a standard stop somewhere; to add to flexibility of planning next bus trip, we might stay near there if we know where it is.

Pacific as well as Sunbeam stop at the bus station/ terminal in Nadi town - this is their designated stop in Nadi.

Both coaches have timetables & at times they will stop as well as pick up locals event though it is not on the timetable based on the driver really. I tend to take these 'express' coaches a lot rather than hiring a car or book a car with the driver. Cheaper too!

Local buses will indeed stop at all the designated bus shelters along their specific route depending where you are heading to.

Doing a direct coach between Nadi & Suva can also be booked via TTF (office located at the airport arrivals or you can get your ticket at Holiday Inn tour desk in Suva). Their coach picks & drops off passengers at the airport, Proud's in Nadi town, hotels along the way with a stop at Baravi handicraft shop in Sigatoka for a break & vice versa from Suva at Holiday Inn.

Hope this helps :)

We are looking to book either a Taxi or a Coach bus (from Nadi Airport area) to be dropped off near the Coral Coast. Specifically, the Maui Palms Villas. What would be some options for getting there? Taking the coach into Sigatoka town and then a local taxi to our destination? Sorry if this is hijacking thread? Thank you.
