Tam card?

Hello,

In previous posts in last month or so, I read that tam cards are no longer issued? The hotels on their booking info states that foreigners need to produce something to indicate that we are not local, if not, will be charged the resident tax. Can anyone provide me with the correct information and where exactly do I get this tourist card, I assume, it will be entry to Lima. Thank you for your help.

Tourists cards are no longer required upon entry in Lima

You will just need to show and the hotel will photocopy your passport at check in.

Its enough
