Aunt Betty fares, August travel and acceptable pricing

Hi guys! Planning a return trip to Bali as I have the itch and saw some pretty good fares for a family of 4 for approx $2500 total return in August with either Qantas or Garuda. These are if booked through the Aunt Betty site. Has anyone found them ok to deal with? No one can seem to beat their prices...

Also, I assume August would be just as lovely as July over there when we last went? Thanks!

Hi Kim,

I booked with them back in early August, price was cheaper with them than direct with Garuda, they advertised only 20 kgs of luggage which I was ok with as I'm not a big shopper, after I booked and paid and got my itenarary sent to my email, I noticed there was nothing about my luggage, so I rung Garuda and was informed I allowance was 30 kgs, so very happy with that

Aunt Betty is owned by flight centre, so go ahead and book

No idea, on garudas website return from Melb was over$700, and I paid $635 on aunt betty, so was happy with that, and even happier when I found out later that i get 30 kgs of luggage,

4 weeks left before I go 😜

In the past I've always found the best deals online and called Flight centre. They will price beat as well as fill out all the fiddly bits. All you have to do is quote the price, site and dates. Doesn't save a huge amount but saves a lot of paperwork and stress.

I can also recommend AuntBetty!! Very easy to book, secure payment site, and on "double checking" with aiirline, everything was correctly noted, including seat requests!! I had absolutely no problems whatsoever!

Cheers!
