Hi, can anyone recommend good Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong that served good and moderate priced sashimi and sushi.

Sen-ryo is probably one of the better conveyor belt sushi restaurants. Even though items are on the conveyor belt, you can order separately so they make fresh sushi for you. Expect to pay around $150 per person. There are many locations in the city, including Lippo Sun at Canton Road (Tsim Sha Tsui), IFC II atop Hong Kong Station, Elements atop Kowloon Station, Times Square or Hang Lung Centre at Causeway Bay.
