We were recently booked at Sunset Paradise Holiday Homes and our stay was very unpleasant. The manager and support staff were very unprofessional we felt mishandled all through. We have since raised the concern stating as much, but now the same manager is calling us and sort of threatening us, ordering us to pull down the comment on FB. Is this fair? Is it that the management of Sunset cannot take any negative feedback for purposes of future improvement? Interestingly, there are a number of other guests who have narrated even more horrible and nasty experiences than our group. I wonder what the management did about it since there is no response... Attempts to silence unsatisfied customers only makes things worse. .Sunset Paradise Holiday homes ought to be more serious and professional in their work!
