Jolie Viile Moevenpick Luxor

Am not a big fan of Moevenpick Hotels but for some reason the decent hotels in Aswan are fully booked and Luxor is nearly the same.

Busy place this time of year!

Anyone else there next week?

We will be at the Winter Palace from 22nd to 29th. We are doing the AWT tour with Kent Weeks but will be around a fair bit in the afternoons/evenings. Helen Style and Neil Honebon.

just returned after staying at the Movenpick the hotel it self is great but the restaraunt service is slow to say the least in the A la Catre restaraunt waited 45 mins for main course and 30 for some ice cream (to die for) the terrace service is just as slow the omly place where it is better is poolside. I think they in the process of being taken over could be the reason. That is the only fault thiugh everything else was just great

This hotel hasn't been operated by the Movenpick chain in well over 6 months. It has been operated by it's owning company "Jolie Ville" in this period of time. The name Movenpick just sticks!

In a short while it's management will be taken over by the Maritim group.

Even after it's official name change - you can guarantee that taxi drivers will still know it as the Movenpick!
