I assume you are currently out of Bahrain and your Residence Visa has expired recently - in this case the MOI-NPRA has announced that such visas shall be automatically extended up to the end of 2020 under C-19 special regs.
As far as I can see you do not need to do anything since the extension is automatic ...... assuming you return to Bahrain by the end of 2020 you can then get your new visa endorsed into your passport.

I am an Iranian living in Bahrain.Due to restrictions due to the Corona virus, I have not been able to return to Bahrain and my residence permit has expired. Although the Bahraini government has extended the expired stays until the end of 2020,we can not travel to Bahrain becuse of the airport of iran and The UAE airport does not issue travel permits to those whose residence has expired.how we can go back to the bahrain?
