Hello

Is this for the same visit as your previous enquiry, please?

Did you ask your wife to make local enquiries, as a member suggested?

Really surprised nothing is available - KSA has a glut of accommodation at present and with the exodus of expats at present these places are being offered at very low prices.

I think he is asking for accommodation in western compounds and not in hotels / apartments outside compounds.

Inside the western compounds, no one will do short term rentals which is what seems to be the need of the OP (2 weeks short stay). Rentals here are are contract based and usually for a minimum of 1 year with a Saudi Iqama as a must. Unless someone sub-lets illegally (against compound rules and doubly problematic if it is to a female), no chance.

The only viable option is to get into a hotel ON a compound. The only such hotel in Riyadh that I know off is in Al-Bustan compound. This is probably the biggest and best western compound which is owned by the Olayan group and inside it is a completely different environment altogether. Entry to the compound is ridiculously tough. However, the hotel is not available for public booking as far as I know. To be booked there, you need to be referred by a resident or by the Olayan people themselves.
