Try Claws in Rockland for a really delicious , full, full lobster roll. Have fun. You have a really full day inRockland, but on another visit consider the Farnsworth museum. https://www.farnsworthmuseum.org/

How much time should we allot for the Rockland Breakwater? And how long for the drive through Camden Hills Park?

Other than an entrance road, the only real "drive" through Camden Hills State Park is the road to the summit of Mt. Battie. It's been a while since we actually drove it, but if memory serves, it's only a couple of miles, at most, from base to summit, but the view when you get there is absolutely worth it. How much time to allow will depend on how much time you want to be able to truly enjoy the view/ If all you want to do is drive up and back, a half hour should be more than enough. But we like to pick up a to-go lunch at Boynton-McKay in downtown Camden and take it up the mountain so we can sit and enjoy the view while we eat... for us to spend an hour (or more) up there is not unusual.

'How long to allow for the Rockland Breakwater will depend on your mobility and agility -- it's a mile-long breakwater made up of huge chunks of local granite. It was built more for its ability to withstand strong ocean waves than to be a smooth surface for walking. A Google search will provide photos which will give you a pretty good idea of the surface condition, but only you can decide how far out you want to go and how fast you want to try to get there. In general, I'd plan on at least an hour....longer if you like to watch/take photos of the harbor, related activities and scenery.
