Flying to Quito, is 90 minutes time enough?

We are finishing an anniversary trip from Cusco- Cartagena-Cuenca and then flying out of Quito at 11:pm. I foolishly thought there would be lots of pm flights from Cuenca but the only pm flights leave around 8:15 arriving 9:15 in Quito. We would have to get luggage and then recheck in at American for our 10:59 flight to US. (really do not want to lose a day at Cuenca for a layover in Quito). Anyone with experience of how on time the flight from Cuenca is or how slow the Bogata airport is at night? gracias

You have posted your note on the wrong forum. This is the one for Cuenca Spain, not Cuenca Ecuador.
