Given the location of the Panthea you'll be spoilt for choice. Tommys Bar is pretty good for sports and that's 5 minutes walk. That is a family(ish) bar so if you want more young and lively you're ten minutes walk away from Bar street so places like Linekers will be rammed (they're promoting the Tunisia game on their twitter page). It'll probably be more difficult to find a bar that isn't showing the game.
