Is there an airport in Woollongong? I'm in Queensland and no matter how hard I try, I can't find a flight that goes from Brisbane to Wooloongong.

You can't fly direct from Brisbane, however you can fly to Melbourne and take a connecting flight to Wollongong - with Qantas.

Thank you for your reply. It seems a long way to go, Brisbane to Melbourne and then back to Woolloongong? I'll have to go get a map to look at. I thought Woollongong was near Sydney?

Catch a flight to sydney then catch a train to the gong. It's a very scenic train ride.

Jacko has hit the nail on the head.....best way to go......or just hire a car from Sydney Airport and drive (one hour). .. you could also incorporate the "Grand Pacific Drive " which is fab to Wollongong.
