I think you will find a product like CLR effective on Bath Rust.
IME you generally can do much better booking yourself rather than through a third party. Particularly if there is a large group.
Try wotif as a search engine and then approach the accommodation provider direct.

Are we even allowed to talk to someone with a Blue Oval donk username? 😊
I agree with OZ, that it'll pay for you to do some homework, and get some independent quotes.
Hey now calm down...I am doing my homework and getting quotes, my question was does anyone know much about the website I have inquired about?
I did a quick Google search for reviews, but the only ones that turned up were on the company's own web site, so they are unlikely to contain anything but praise. I am not sure this is a good sign.
Accommodation during the 1000 is ridiculous . Like Sydney NYE
GS goes with a group of mates and they avoid staying in Bathurst, they get a house in Blayney, Orange etc and even that is 2x the price it would be on a normal weekend.
The challenge is finding somewhere as many people book the same place year to year
The campground on top is VERY rough, and I don't mean rustic wise, and has booking limitations as well. Before you hire may be worthwhile checking out whether or not you can get accommodation with it.
Not sure if you have seen this
Be aware that if you do have a camper van and miss out on camp spots you will not be able to free camp anywhere, They are extremely vigilant about this during the race weekend and a few days either side. Even out at Kelso.
