Hi will be in Bathurst for a Graduation Ceremony in December help please for a Hotel/Motel for celebration dinner and 3 rooms needed for overnight stay. Thanks L
OP - you managed to see I was a Cambodian DE - did you not notice that Sydney is listed as my home location!
Your first post was worded in such a way as to imply you wanted other posters here to do your homework - I pointed out that you could do that yourself and I get attacked!
you post on a public forum - you don't get to only have answers you like!Edited: 16 November 2017, 20:55
No you attacked me. A simple question to ask where and what other people did when they attended a Graduation Ceremony which is a common occurrence in Bathurst. It cannot be answered by googling, it is asking other individuals advice as to their experience doing the same thing. Isn’t that what forums are for.
>>Thank you both. I really need something (I should have put more details) to accommodate a 34 week pregnant mum and dad<<
Amazing. Were they both pleased with the outcome ?
"check out agoda, booking.com, stayz etc and filter according to your needs" ... can you show me where I suggested google?
There's lots of food choices in Bathurst city, so no worries about that. However, they are quite well spread out, in town. If you have a car, you'd have no problems at all. Although quite a big town, it's still a country town ( I love the peace and pace of Bathurst), you can't really find a hotel like in the city where the restaurant and cafe provide you food. I guess you can get the taxi company number and get to and from the various restaurants around. Traffic is sparse so great run all the time. As another TA pointed out, it's best to book early. If you provide the dates you're in Bathurst, whether you have a car, the experts of Bathurst would surely be able to provide more information.
Have you looked on www.stayz.com.au for a cottage/ house in Bathurst. ?? We often visit Orange & its fabulous for houses to rent on stayz.... however I've never rented in Bathurst although we do stop for lunch frequently & there are some excellent cafes .
The Hub is fab for lunch or breakfast - they also have live music.
The other I like is The Church Bar -
