Is there a bus that goes to Downpatrick daily
I am learning your advise, too - many thanks;
Would service 240 pass Newcastle, too..
Or ... what is the bus from Newry to Newcastle town
or ... what is from Dublin city to Newcastle town
The one cruising the coastal line would be great, I supposed;
In case it is you; from Dublin City to Newcastle CoDown,
Would you choose bus or train; which one is the easy, simple, and quick, and still can enjoy the view during the ride - I ll be on holiday, and have plenty of time to savor the scenery, learn new things, new ways, new places.
Many thanks Drumlough; Warm regards from Indonesia
Pls disregards my question; I leant that I can take Dublin X1/X2 to Newry, then 240 to Newcastle;
My question now, is train.. Dublin Connolly to Newry, and then Newry bus 240 to NewCastle; .. is this doable .. is the bus station and train station in Newry is the same station, or we have to walk some distance; Thanks for advise.. and excuse my previous post. Best,
Ohhh well Drumlough.. Many thanks again for your insight.. I leant Newry trainstation is about 6 minutes walk from Newry Bus station.. so.. I think bus is the best option,.. while train may be a bit of hasle, since I ll be wheeling luggage :D Many thanks again!!
There's a shuttle bus service that runs between Newry train station and bus station. It's timed to coincide with train arrivals and departures.

No it's much further than that and uphill. Take the free bus.
