Have you claimed compensation from Ben's Bus for lateness?

For travel between Geneva Airport and Val Thorens with No Fuss Bus (a franchisee) or any other routes with Ben's Bus?

So far, both Ben @ Ben's bus and Stu @ No Fuss Bus have not replied to my emails to query the procedure for the late bus that caused me and my friends to miss our flight out of Geneva.

The only way to contact them is by email... after 3 days... we are still waiting for a response.

I would be interested to find out from the community if anyone has experienced making a claim for new flights due to the operator's delayed service.

You claim against your travel insurance - if you had allowed what the insurer would consider an adequate margin to allow for potential lateness of the bus given potential adverse weather, road and traffic conditions.
