I left a small bag on a TGV from Bordeaux to Hendaye. I reported the loss by telephone and it was located as found. When I contacted Hendaye again there was a difficulty because payment for postage was required by cheque before despatch.
The difficulty with this is that I have now returned to Australia and can't send a cheque. I eventually spoke to another employee at the station by phone and he said he would find out the cost and let me know how it could be paid. I have not heard anything for over a week now. I am chasing it though.
Has anyone any ideas about how I might progress this.
