I haven’t done these yet myself but from my own research I have found La Loggia di Vingola in Montepulciano. If you have a car there is also La Fonte and Il Rigo.

Le Logge del Vignola, if the same, is a restaurant in Montepulciano. The meal was a real disappointment, I am afraid.

We did a cooking class at Podere il Casale, near Pienza. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
