I have to go from Viareggio to Martina di Massi on May 8th (time immaterial) and then from Martina di Massi to Pisa Airport on Saturday May 11th. I have to take public transport if there is any available!
Can anyone help? The only information I've got from the Italian office of my company is 'ask at the hotel'!!

Massa. Viareggio and Pisa are all on the same railway line, and there is generally at least one train an hour, if not more. You can check times on the TrenItalia website in English http://www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=ad1ce14114bc9110VgnVCM10000080a3e90aRCRD
Obviously, you will need to get from Marina di Massa to Massa railway station, but it is not far and your hotel should be able to organise a taxi.
You can buy train tickets a week in advance via the TrenItalia website or at the station. If you buy at the station, be sure to validate your ticket before you board the train otherwise you will be fined.
