We will only have 7 minutes from our connecting train, so which platform do the trains to London go from?

Is there a internet link to show this information, have looked but can't find any

If you look at the Live Trains section of the National Rail app during your journey you will be able to see your platform by putting Ipswich into the From box.

Trains seem to go from more than one platform so it will depend on your journey on the day.

Depends. At the moment it looks like either 4B or 2 but you'll need to check departure boards at the station or online. Some leave from 3B.

It is mostly platform 2. You will be able to confirm that on the station monitors when you arrive. If you have a good conductor on your connecting service he/she might even announce it as you approach Ipswich.

Ask the conductor on your first train and if they will check and maybe announce it for you.
