We are a family of 5 adults with mum needing a disabled shower room en suite. preferable in la cala town for rent june 2019.
Just some advice Jo, under each villa on that site is a link to their respective ads on Home & Away.
If you wish to proceed with enquiries i would suggest doing so through Home & Away for your own protection.

Checking their T&Cs they want payment by cheque or bank transfer!
All prices quoted are per Villa per week. A Breakage and Key deposit of £250.00 is required, and should be paid with the final balance. This will be refunded on return of the keys, subject to reduction for any breakages. There are no other hidden charges levied by the owner.
Reservations made by phone or email will be held for three working days. A contract only comes into existence when we have received a deposit in the form of a cheque or Bankers draft together with a signed Reservation Form and have issued a written confirmation of booking.
The deposit is 20% of the total booking fee. This secures the agreed booking period. The balance of the rental is due not less than six weeks prior to the start of the holiday unless late booking conditions have been agreed. If payment is not received on the due date, the owner reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and the dates will be offered to other interested parties. All deposits are non-refundable. It is advised to take out adequate insurance to cover any loss or damage you may incur."
It is very unwise to pay via anything but a credit card, at least for the deposit if not all the cost! You have no protection if things go wrong and just recently there are posts on this forum about a company selling rentals in La Cala who have taken people's money and left them with nothing! I'm not saying this will happen but it always pays to be careful.
As P0rtlandanders says if you do go with them book through Home & Away to get some form of protection in case things were to go wrong. I did notice that the actual owner's website spells Spanish wrong! But that's just me being picky ;) Looking at the map of where they are they are in Torrenueva, which is up a hill and on the other side of the A7 motorway and not in La Cala itself.
