We are in Genoa for a day, is there any where to leave lugga

We are coming in on a cruise,we have a late flight back to the uk.

is there anywhere to leave luggage for the day, while we explore the city?

How far is the port from the city?

Can we walk?

Any help and advice would be welcomed

Thanks

Both the main train stations, Brignole and Piazza Principe, have left luggage facilities.

The port adjoins the old city.
