A: Yes, on P.° Alfonso XII opposite the port.

Q: so it is right by the port where the cruise ships dock ?

A: Yes, just as you exit the puerto where the cruise liners dock.

Just a couple of points...

~ The tren turístico operates only on days when a cruise liner is in port. I'm guessing from your current profile pic that this is how you're arriving in Cartagena so that won't be an issue.

~ When you know the date your ship docks in Cartagena, just WhatsApp them and they'll give you the tren turístico schedule for the day.
