We all have to report to bank we sent money to and Spanish police, europol, guardian civil.

Their website is still up and running and we need to report them and make police shut it down

How were you intending to pay? Please remember that unless by credit card, you stand to lose everything with no chance of getting it back. If the details on the link you posted are correct, walk away now.

If you’ve read it’s a scam what makes you think it isn’t?

Have they asked you to pay by bank transfer?

It is possible because they know that at least a proportion of people are naive and gullible. That’s what scammers rely on. For every nine people old who walk away, there is one idiot who falls for it. Don’t be one of them, unless you genuinely have money to burn🤗

Sending money by bank transfer means that once it’s gone, it’s gone. Once received the recipient can withdraw the money, spend it, leave the country, close the account, disappear or all of those.

Add to that, how do you know the property exists and if it does how to you know they own it?

To repeat my earlier question, if you’ve read it’s a scam, why don’t you think it’s a scam?

Do NOT use booking villa websites in Mallorca!!! It is a SCAM, do not pay with bank transfer ever as it is irreverisble. Rather go through a booking agency to be safe.

"Did everything go well?" Not if you pay by bank transfer to people you don't know. If that's the one message we can get across to people it will be worth all the posts.

Yep, Arrived in Mallorca yesterday, and scammed. Luckily I found four hotel rooms for the whole family in Palma.
