Nerja

Can anyone give me general information on the resort of Nerja. Things to do, and is this resort hilly and if so to what degree?

Anyone comments would be appreciated.

Thank you.

There are lots of posts on here about Nerja. If you do a search you will find lots of info. Also if you look on the Nerja forum there will be a list of top questions that will be able to help.

Having said that, Nerja is a lovely place to visit, go and see the caves, away from the coast there's Frigliana - great place to visit.

It can be quite a steep walk down to the beach, and uphill on the streets away from the front.

Depending on where you stay Geordiegirl it can be hilly or....not so hilly! If you were to choose staying Burriana way then yes, a real hike to beach & town ;( But other areas are generally fine.

However, looking at you post history & places visited I wonder if Nerja may be a bit too laid back for you? Benalmadena & Benidorm it certainly aint!! ;))
