Bundesliga games

Hi all,

I am visiting Germany the 20th of October for 2 nights and I plan to watch some Bundesliga football.

The fixtures have been set but German TV is yet to decide kick off times and day changes.

Does anyone know when they will decide?

Thanks

What means watch? Live on TV or live in stadium? TV times are always the same.

The game times and days are set for the first half of the season, so no surprises there.

As for watching it on tv, every sports bar will show the games, no worries.

Live.

Yes the fixtures have been set but only games until the end of September have been chosen for live TV meaning games after then are still due to be moved to accommodate TV and European fixtures.

If I ask "Live on TV or live in stadium?" and the answer is "Live" it does not help.

I guess stadium. The concrete game scheduling is waiting for results of CL play-offs Aug 28/29 and draw Aug 30 (CL games Oct 23/24). I guess the concrete schedules will follow. after that soon - otherwise a revolution in Germany is likely :-)

Schalke and Leverkusen are closest to Düsseldorf with home games. Wolfsburg against Bayern can be reached by ICE train.

Gladbach is also playing on that day against Mainz in MGL.

Dusseldorf is regrettably not in town and playing in Frankfurt

Fixtures look like they've been set up to matchday 6 which is weekend of 28,29 & 30th September. Think you'll be looking at matchday 9 which I suggest will be arranged within next 2 - 3 weeks. If you're staying in Dusseldorf & are open minded about who you go to see there will br several options as mentioned above + Bundeliga 2 if you fancy ie Bochum, Duisburg + others

You should be able to get free travel with your match ticket if going outside Dusseldorf. .

Thanks everyone for your help.

I have purchased tickets for Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday and Borussia Monch... on Sunday.

Less then 20 euros for the tickets.

Schalke 04 was imposible as we wanted to sit together.

I was desperate to watch Schalke but for the same reasons you've had not getting tickets I couldn't wait round forever, so you may need to consider sitting apart , or forever dream of going. I know it's not the same.
