Hotel in the 5th with Balony/View

Hi

Can someone please recommend a nice hotel in the Latin Quarter/Saint Germain area that has a room with balcony with pretty views. Around 200euro?

Thanks!

Hi there

On the left hand side there is the Paris Hotels link. Or someone more expert may now reply and give you some hotels in which to choose.

Kind Regards

I stayed at the below linked hotel a few years back and was well pleased with my "corner balcony" room. The view is of Blvd St. Michel, and the balcony is not large. But the room had lots of full length openable windows and natural light coming from everywhere. Located a block from the river, I liked both the area and the hotel. Be sure you specify "corner balcony" as there are only a couple of these.

I have not seen very many views of sausages from Paris Hotel Balcony's, I'm afraid. You might find this question is just too specialised to be answered!

These 3 hotels in Latin Quarter are nice and have some rooms with balconies. Do specify that you want a room with a balcony when booking.

Be advised that 'balcony' can be very loosely translated - - most are glorified 'ledges' rather than sitting balconies. Closely examine what specific rooms offer a 'balcony' and see if there are photos that show it to be as you imagine.

Same for 'view' - - most likely your view is of the buildings on your street, and traffic and passersby below, rather than the Eiffel or other iconic structures. Could be entertaining none the less.

That's exactly why I posted this question. :)

Most if not all have doors that open, just with a railing and ledge.

We'd like to sit and have breakfast outside.

I like the Hotel Jardin D'Odeaon and the Grands Hommes....both have balconies - I checked TA photos !

BUT, I just wanted to know if there were others that people can comment on - so I don't have to go crazy looking at websites and pics ;)

Thank you!

The ones I suggested have some rooms with real balconies where you can sit, and from Hôtel Parc St-Séverin there are nice views.

Grands Hommes also has a few balconies with lovely views, onto place du Panthéon.. but you need to arrange this in advance, perhaps phone the hotel and ask.

That's great :) We stayed at the sister hotel next door (a bit simpler but also nice) and loved the location on beautiful square, and being so close to sights.

I was going to suggest the Grand Hommes as well. Haven't stayed there yet, but will be next month. We will likely have a room with an interior view, though.

Cannot wait to go.
