Will the Kennedy Center in New Ross be opened by May 2013?

I saw that the John F. Kennedy Heritage Centre in New Ross has been closed for some construction since 2012, with a scheduled re-opening of June 2013. Does anyone know if it still won't be open until June, or is there a chance it will re-open by early May 2013? Thanks!
