Spud Bread made with potatoes and flour and fried,

Boxty made with raw and cooked potatoes and flour and fried

Coddle pork sausages rashers of bacon. onions and potatoes, boiled.

Buy some Brown Bread

Anne's Bakery in Henry St D1 make the best in Dublin........ in my opinion =)

don't know about "unique foods" in dublin but some of my favorite things in ireland are the toaster sandwich, bacon and cabbage, their soups are wonderful!!!!.....also, i do know about the boxty pancake that gallaghers offers in dublin, yummmmmmy....and my favorite dessert is banoffi.....sinful!!!! it is soooo good!!!...

inthegarden, get yourself up to the Porterhouse pub on Parliament Street near Capel Street bridge. Order a dozen oysters, a pint of Wrasslers and a bowl of stew with brown bread. Then stay there until you've had five pints of Wrasslers.
