Restaurant for wedding breakfast?

We're getting married at Stonehenge at dawn and we're looking for somewhere nice and unusual or interesting to have our breakfast with guests afterwards (we're having a casual breakfast instead of a reception).

It's a pretty laid back wedding but even so I'm not sure Wetherspoons or the Marks and Spencer's cafe (recommended on another post about breakfast) is suitable after our wedding...

There's about 15 people coming.

Any recommendations?

The Chapter House Restaurant would be a nice choice. When we were there for dinner, there was a party about that size in a side room.

You could send enquiry.

Another one to think about is just about the closest to Stonehenge, namely the Antrobus Hotel in Amesbury. We used to use it for some works functions but that was a while ago, lovely garden out the back, not sure about parking on site but there is public parking within 100m. It is also a licensed wedding venue so I assume they have an events person who can narrow down to what you want. http://antrobushotel.co.uk/

or a bit further you could try grassmere hotel harnham road Salisbury nice view of the cathedral but a bit

further to go

or up a grade from wetherspoons but not quit a nice old hotel holiday inn solstice park Amesbury or maybe as a small party you could look at the wheatsheaf inn in the woodford vally or the bridge inn upper woodford the woodford vally is nice not far from Stonehenge on the banks of the river avon

you could try the Stonehenge inn durrington very close

the George hotel Amesbury I think that the antrobus ahs the edge over the George but worth alook

it all depends on how far you want to travel and how much you want to spend and where you intend on going after you don't want to spend all day traveling around

When I stayed in Salisbury last year I organised a Champagne breakfast for my other halfs birthday at Qudos Hotel and Bar in the city centre and it was brilliant , the owner really looked after us and even threw in some free Ruburb Vodka shots . £6.95 per person you have a selection of a continental breakfast followed by a cooked breakfast where you chose your items and is freshly cooked to order .
