You should expect Dublin to be in the Republic of Ireland not the United Kingdom.

Yup.. Wrong country.

For other countries in Europe, ask in the appropriate forum.

But fear not, if you go to Dublin, you still will have not left the friendly confines of the western hemisphere

If your paperwork is in order and you meet the criteria to enter Eire, you should face no problems...

I think you should look at an atlas so you can understand where you are going. The western hemisphere is the area west of the Greenwich meridian (which you can visit if you are including London on your travels) - which includes the Republic of Ireland (wherein Dublin is situated - it is not in the UK) and most of the UK.

“then from there i should be fine to travel all over Europe correct?”

Incorrect. Neither the UK nor Republic of Ireland are in the Schengen zone.

Although someone with a new passport who has no issues getting into the UK or the Republic of Ireland is not likely to have issues getting into a Schengen Zone country.

The is only likely to be an issue if the OP is planning on a long stay, and/or has no proof of onward/return travel.

Dublin is in the republic of Ireland, not England.

The Republic of Ireland is a completely separate country to the UK with a different currency. We will still be in the EU. Perhaps a glance at a map would help? It's good to know what country you want to be in.
