Does Cabo San Lucas have curb-cuts?

In some countries the Ground Floor is Not the First Floor. Which outlook is used here?

I have a 3 wheel scooter, my friend wants to book at San Angel Suites, I this locate up a hill?

Are public buildings and businesses accessible?

Does Mexico have anything like Americans Disability Act/Access?

In Cabo the Ground floor is floor 0.

Cabo is not Disability friendly as sidewalks and curbs are not all at the same level and cuts in the sidewalks generally don't exist. The only area that is flat and disability friendly is the Marina area.
