Unfortunately it's still closed and no estimated reopen date.
Margaritaville and Frenchman's Cove are open. Not sure if there's an open restaurant at the Cove, though. These properties don't have all the amenities you would find at a resort, but they have staff on sight that could help you get services they don't provide.
AMResorts has enlisted the services of the Carlton Group to sell the Dreams SugarBay property, and it is “being offered on a simple fee basis, unencumbered by any franchise or management agreements”, according to a statement from the Carlton Group. An additional 220 rooms may also be in the works.
